What should we do about AI? This is a question I get asked regularly by business leaders.

🌟Resisting the urge to scale before value is evident

🌟Assigning clear ownership and accountability at the leadership level

🌟Putting the right governance and decision structure in place

🌟Above all else, listening closely to our people

Moving from hype to impact isn't about how fast AI is introduced. It's about whether it actually changes the business in a meaningful way.
